Project 13-5 starts in 2004. Its aim is the analysis of human behaviour in terms of anxiety. In reference to Freud's theory of defense mechanisms, Project 13-5 creates a thought experiment
in which mechanisms such as regression, denial and rationalization and their related effects are being presented musically. Responsible for project management and execution are drummer
Benjamin Haarhaus and guitarist Philipp Maike. After project close-out in late 2006, a song of twenty minutes is finished. Dominated by harsh guitarsound of only two strings and confusing
rhythmic patterns, the song is able to express the intricacy and disorientation one is often exposed to when dealing with a conflict inside.
